Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
All sales are final for consumable goods. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email info@highrollerzshop.com within 7 days of delivery;
- Include your order number, photos, and a brief description; we’ll review for replacement or shop credit.

All products sold by High Rollerz Dispensary are hemp or hemp-derived under the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (“2018 Farm Bill”). The term “hemp” refers to the plant cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including seeds and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
